I’ve sold so many houses in Flourtown over the years. Primarily for three reasons:
1) The location is insane. Still in the burbs, but super close to Chestnut Hill and Center City.
2) Quaint neighborhood settings with ADORABLE houses.
3) It’s a great value. Prices are affordable and people always want to move there. Win Win.
My new listing is no exception. Although I have to tell you, having been in probably a hundred houses in Flourtown over the years, I don’t ever recall seeing one with a family room addition this awesome.
