The new garage door is a huge plus, too.  When your house has a front-entry garage, putting on a fancy door makes such an impact.

New windows, a great front door, and nice landscaping don’t hurt either. ;)

Problem is, I have a 13 month old and so. much. stuff.  These stripe bins from The Container Store are really helping though.

They look great in my house (I love striped anything), they hold a ton of toys, and at $9.99-$14.99 each, you can’t beat the price.  I have two large ones – highly recommend.  Super cute for a beach house.
